How he works
A first session is for listening and understanding: what brought you here, what has changed, and what you hope for. Where it helps, he suggests an assessment, then builds a plan with you.
- Assessment that informs therapy. A clear picture first, so the work that follows fits you.
- Integrated psychotherapy. Talking therapy brought together with relaxation and mind–body techniques, an approach he has studied in his own research.
- Families included. With children and adolescents, parents are part of the plan.
- Online. Secure video from anywhere, in English, Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil.
- One plan with your team. If you also see another clinician at Rooh Mind Care, he coordinates with them, with your consent.
