Student life asks a lot at once: a new city, a heavy course, money that is tight, friendships that are still forming, and everyone else apparently coping. Therapy is a place to say what you cannot say in the hostel corridor or at the dinner table at home, with a clinical psychologist who has seen it before.

Common questions
How much does online therapy cost for a student in India?
A 50-minute session with one of our psychologists is ₹1,600. Students get 10% off a single session (₹1,440), on request on WhatsApp with a student ID. The discount does not combine with the welcome offer or package prices. Reduced fees are also available on request if money is a real difficulty.
Will my parents or college know I am in therapy?
Not from us. Sessions are confidential and we do not contact your family or your college. The usual limits apply where there is a serious risk to your life or someone else’s. If you are under 18, please read adolescent therapy, which explains what parents are told.
Can I have a session from my hostel or PG?
Yes. Sessions are by secure video on a phone or laptop. Choose a time when you can speak freely and use earphones. If your room is shared, a quiet corner of the campus can work. If privacy is hard, tell us; we can plan around it.
Is it normal to need therapy only because of exams?
Yes. Exam and placement pressure, a bad result and the sense of falling behind are common reasons students come. You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis. See competitive exam anxiety.
Can I see someone in Hindi?
Yes. Hindi and English are available with most of our clinicians, and some also speak Sindhi, Urdu, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam. Therapy in Hindi.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies with what you bring. Some students come for a few sessions around a specific difficulty, such as exam anxiety; others stay longer. You can stop at any time, and your clinician will review progress with you.
